Question: Loose a couple pounds before the end of next month!? Tighten legs and stomach!? HELP!!?
I love my body but I want to tighten my legs before I start wearing all of my shorts and stuff this summer!. My stomach is also already small but its just FLAT! I want to tighten my stomach and get those lines in my stomach like this

Ok, for the tighter stomach start doing sit ups/ curl ups!. I would recommend 100 a day every day, but if you can't do that, try to get at least 60 a day!. That will help you build your stomach muscles, which should give you an appearance similar to that picture!.
For tighter legs, start running regularly- try a mile a day, 3 or 4 days a week on either an uphill or a flat track!. I would recommend running with a friend, as that typically quickens your pace and makes you more resolved to complete the mile!. Trust me, it seems hard- but it will be worth it!!
