Question: A fitness question for the ladies!.!.!.!?
I woke up with super bad menstrual cramps this morning, took some medicine and layed on the couch for a while with the heating pad!. After a couple of hours I was feeling better and decided that I would go ahead and road train (plus, a good workout always helps my cramps)!. Anyways, after a few minutes of biking my cramps kicked in again in full force and kept coming and going the whole 3!.5 hours I was out riding!. Has your training ever made your cramps worse!? haha!.!. honestly i just slump over in a ball when my cramps get bad!. then wait for them to go away before even thinking about moving around, let alone doings any kind of exercise!. Fortunately my cramps rarely get bad at all!. Whew!Www@Answer-Health@Com
