How to lose wieght!!c HELP!!?

I wan to loose some weight brfore i stgart school So if you can give me some Nutrition and escersise tips and plans!
i am 120 pounds and I want to lose like 10 ounds or more!

1. cardio exercise is the way to lose weight. you have to do 20-30 minutes a day as hard as you can and then do some sit-ups. you do the cardio then you will be building muscle and trimming fat, if you dont break a sweat, you are only going to add muscle and although that will build you up, it will not allow you to lose weight.

2. Keep drinking water. The more water you drink the more weight you will lose. 7 glasses a day.

3. Cutting out fatty foods is important but you want to avoid trans-fats more than anything. Don't fast, not eating is not the way to lose weight. Make sure you stay away from too much carbs, except whole wheat bread, oatmeal, melba toast, etc.these are the carbs you want; they are complex carbohydrates and whole wheat has more fiber and will keep you feeling full longer.

4.Avoid too much sugar.

5. Eat a good breakfast, and a healthy breakfast. Never eat right before you go to bed.

6. eat small meals frequently, people who don't eat breakfast or skip meals tend to overeat and then make themselves to full since they were starving themselves.

7. Get enough protein. However you can do it. protein bars, whatever. Make sure it's good protein.
