Whats a Great way to work out biceps?
My upper body is strong, like my shoulders and pectorals, but for some reason i cant get my biceps to gain strength at all, there really weak. Any good workouts?
Answers:
to make any muscle stronger you have to work out with lower reps.
your biceps for example, will become stronger by using 2-6 reps when you work them out. use 8-10 sets of a weight that allows you to do no more than 2-6 reps with it, and haveabout 4 min of rest in between each set. do this 1-2 times a week. this is gauranteed to work. your biceps will become stronger. trust me.
a good workout for your biceps would be like this:
-barbell curl: 4 sets of 3 reps
-dumbbell curls 3 sets of 4 reps
- preacher curls 2 sets of 4 reps
by the way, how much weight can you curl right now?
and also, if you were to use creatine, your strength will skyrocket even more quickly
