Question: Eating afer excersise!.!?
i excersise daily, and usually i eat afterwards because im so hungry!. but i've been told that eating after excersise, is bad because its like you havent exersised in the first place!. sorry i didnt say that well!. but is it bad to eat after excersising!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are both right, It depends on what your goals are!. If you're trying to build muscle you want the protein and sugars but if you are trying to lose then cardio for 45 mins to an hour will get you into the fat burning zone and then waiting an hour or so to eat after ensures you are still burning fat for the extra hour!. No more than an hour though, your body gets too hungry and will break muscle down for energy!. Less muscle=lower metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's the best of you can give it an hour!. It's not like you're losing the benefits, but you're straining your body!. It's bad for your heart and your liver!. Usually, if I exercise hard enough, I'm actually not hungry for like 30 minutes!. It's because the body is still recovering from the exercise!.
