What kind of excercises can you do w/ small 10 lb weights that target the abdominal area? (abs/obliques)?
Answers:
You can hold the dumbells high up on your chest around the collar bone area or hold them straight out over your head for a more difficult crunch. You can do this with any variety of crunch you like.
Also to your your obliques lie in the crunch position and instead of crunching upwards extend the dumbell using both hands to the outside of your knee and alternate.
Finally, to work your lower abs you can lay flat on your back and hold the dumbell between your feet. Now extend your legs outwards and pull your knees in, in a controled fashion.
