Can someone help me with loosing weight?!


Question: Can someone help me with loosing weight!?
Ok!. so im in high school im around 148 pounds and 5'6!. That might not sound like alot but I just keep gaining weight!. ok so i have like really huge thighs and a little belly pouch and weight on my hips is sticking out, and my butt is like two times bigger that a normal person!. lol and im kinda starting to gain more weight all over!.
I really want to lose some weight and go back to a healthier weight!.
Any tips or exercises that i could do AT HOME to lose weight!? i would really appreciate it
Also i wanted to know if there is anything like a moisturiser or something that i could put on the fat areas when i do exercises to help me lose more weight!?
Any help is weclomed!.!.!.and i DONT eat donuts or twinkies or dring sugary sodas or eat fast foods!.!.!.

common sense will tell you to exercise and eat healthier choices of food!.
there are many ways to shape up at home!. but since most people are too lazy to go to the gym (not saying that you are lazy), they won't even attempt to do streneous exercise at home!. they're just thinking of a couple of sit up infront of the tv while watching grey's anatomy!.
try some plyometrics 3 days per week, at 1 hour sessions!.
and on alternating days, do an hour of cardio (jogging, and not walking)
make sure to include a good portion of complete protein, complex carbs, and good fats in every meal
eat small frequent meals, and not few large ones!.

that's the simplest way i can put it!. i have trained many people who didn't want to train at a gym becuase of stupid excuses, and somehow they came up with the "i don't have time" excuse when they saw that the workouts were actually hard at home and the diet was tough to stick to!.

hard work always works!!! fads will always be fads!. try it for 4 weeks!. you have to be sweating like a maniac and feel out of breath for the most of it to know it's streneous!. if you only sweat a little and not breathe heavy throughout the workout, you aren't doing it right!.

no fast foods no deep fried food or no eating after 9 oclock!.!.!. or more or less after dinner!. then jog everday jog go on google earth and map out and use the gps tool to map out a good routes that is a mile or so and keep pushing till you can and then stop when you need to and keep upping that distance and sooner or later youll be doing 5 miles a day like me!.
