Eating healthy is always good and one shud practice it just for the sake of it!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is helpful but if you don't want to try to eat foods that will give you energy and you can burn up fast!. Its good that you don't eat at night!. It is also good to drink a glass a water before you eat all your meals!. Pullups or chinups are also great for the upper body and will get you tone quickly with pushups and situps you are doing!. Try eating one helping and not to you are full!. You will be amazed at the difference this makes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am your height and weight and I lift weights for toning and I still watch my calorie and fat intake and make sure I eat right!. I suggest weight training using dumbbells to tone your upper body and even though I really don't have much fat to lose, I still do cardio!. It looks so nice to have some muscle, not big ones like a guy, but nice and fit!. I try to eat 6 times a day and though I don't NEVER eat anything bad, i try to limit certain things ( I am like a drug addict if I eat a piece of chocolate)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your'e looking to get toned, its not just a 5 mile run that will help, sprints also help, and eating small regular meals throughout the day!.!. calorie intake is important, but less important if you're wanting to build lean muscle!. More important is your intake of protein, just eat regularly, with meals rich in fiber and lean protein, as well as healthy fat, such as nuts/seeds or fish oilWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah it actually matters alot!. You should be eatingfoods with high protein content and low fat content!. Good foods to eat while trying to tone up are plain chicken, fish, egg whites and rice or some other source of carbs!. You need to be eating your fruits and vegetables too!. It may not be a bad look for you to bulk up a little bit too if you are only 154 pounds and 5'8Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its is very necessary to watch your calorie intake if your looking to get a toned look!. If all you care about is putting on muscle then worry less about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WHAT!! YOU DON'T EAT AFTER DINNER OR AT NIGHT!!!

If you are hungry eat! It doesn't matter what time it is!. Lets say you ate dinner at 5pm and didn't hit the sack until 10pm right!? Well if you don't eat between then, your body goes into this catabolic state where it thinks it is starving and begins to start storing and building up a sexy layer of fat! If you don't eat every 2-3 hours, you don't get lean! Except for the genetically blessed, ha ha!. You don't want you body to store anything, instead you will it to USE whatever you put into it and GET RID of what ever it doesn't need!. Unfortunately, diet (for those who are not genetically gifted) plays about an 80% role!. Another 10% goes to heredity/genes!. Your training only plays a 10% part to the whole deal!. (American College of Sports Medicine)!. Just reach for leaner choices in the evening time!. Don't get scared to eat at night!. So yes- listen to that eat every 2-3 hour rule, it gets your body running so much more efficiently, I promise! You are young so just try the protein deal and see if you notice a difference!. Take in about a gram of protein per pound of your body weight (154 grams)!. When ever you talk "tone" and "lean" you will always hear someone say "protein!" LOL If you don't eat it, you may lose that muscle- all that hard work right out the window!.!.!. Your bod can use it for energy during that 4 mile run instead!. You can't get that toned look without that muscle!

So you are doing sit ups and pushups!? Awsome exercises! Have you tried over head arm claps as well!? You bring those arms out to your sides paralellel to the ground with your palms facing UP, and then clap overhead and bring them back to paralell, keeping them in line with your shoulders- do it to the beat of one of your favorite songs and when you get a good burn, then get down and push out some push-ups, oh yea! and then do some dips and some more overhead arm claps but clap straight out in front instead of overhead this time!.

Whatever you do though, make sure you are eating enough, (your BMR), getting enough protein (lean meats and beans n stuff), and drinking lots of water!. And more water!

Good luck =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
