i am currently 6'2 205. i just want to get a little leaner.

build muscle mass by doing some weight training (2-3 times a week) and aerobic training 3-2 times a week.
limit your caloric intake... (your'e lucky, u're a big boy) to about 2200 calories a day and split it up into 3 meals and 3 snacks. drink at least 2 liters of water (preferably much more) a day. avoid diet sodas.
eat an ounce of chocolate (dark 60% cocoa solids at least) once a day.
and it will take a while. if you lose about 2-3 pounds a week u're in a good way. however if you do lots of weight training, you might gain weight but lose girth because muscle is more compact than fat.
