my name is also Jay!.!.yes walking is the best,free and most complete workout and 1 hour of brisk walking 6 days a week is the divine key to a better you without thrashing at some gym,but eat sensibly too so that you get the best from your walks!.!.!.try to do some yoga 20 minutes 5 or 6 times a week as well to improve overall blood circulation,which is the solution to avoid irrelevant storage of fat in the wrong places in your body!.!.!.good luck and god bles youWww@Answer-Health@Com
