I've been pretty good about working out at lunchtime!. Today I ran 4 miles, sometimes I lift weights!. My problem is that I'm usually rushed for time and end up eating some fast food!. That seems counterproductive!. What is a good post workout lunch that I could pack!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
