Question: How to get both a flatter tummy and increase my hips!?
I gain weight on my stomach and i hate it!. Now my waste line is big, and am trying to loose the weight but loosing my tummy weight is really hard!. Do you have any goods ways on how to loose stomach weight within a rational time!. And increase my butt!.!.!.!.i wanna a big but!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to burn fat is cardio: run, bike, swim, dance, etc, and that chub will come off quick!. However, you can't target a specific spot, so it may come off of your boobs and butt first!.

Fortunately, you can combat the loss of a booty by building one up-- do lunges and climb stairs, and it'll be big and perky in no time flat!!

And your hips will probably stand out a LOT more if you burn off the tummy!.
