I recently saw in a magazine that Britney Spears has burn her fat fast in one month by taking what she normally eats and just eating half!. Like if you feel like eating the regular turkey sandwich for lunch you just eat half instead!. They also said in the magazine if she wanted say a cookie for example she would only eat half of one!. Then of course there was working out involved just like any other diet!. But I think its a great idea if getting special diet food is a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What an overly simplistic question! Put less in, be more active, maybe consider a few tricks to kick the metabolism into gear, or at least avoid starvation hording by the body!.

Or, you could do like that guy from the 4hr work week book!.!.!. he won a martial arts tournament by using super dehydration techniques before weight-in!.!.!. then after plumpped back up!. Ultimately, he just pushed the competition off the ring (didn't really know fighting!):-) But that would be drastic, even if it is quick!.

No, basically: 1) eat less, 2) be more active, 3) make sure your body isn't thinking there is a famine on!.

I gotcha! Usually with good dieting and excercise you will loose weight!. But within a month, I would suggest a diet pill along with dieting and excercising!. My friend recommended me this one and I am seeing really good results so far:

fasts work -- water/lemon/juice fast, but they don't really reduce appearance, just weight and the toxins in your body!.

look online at what professional wrestlers and stuff do, they drop pounds like crazy in a few days to become a certain weight for a meet and stuff, but their methods are a little extreme!.!.!.!.
