Question: I'm thin but have a little belly!?
I'm 5'7'' and I weight 110 pounds!. I'm thin but my belly is bothering me!. I exercise and walk a lot, I eat healthy (lots of veggies and fruits, no meat, no candy) I do push-ups but i still have some fat in my belly!. If I loose more weight i'll look like a skeleton so i really dont know what i can do to get rid of it!.!.!.

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!.
Every week add to the number of repetitions!.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body!. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps!. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve!. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories!. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities!.

You can try sit ups and twists!. It wont target your belly, but it will make your abs look nicer which might in turn make you happier about your stomach!. Don't worry too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
