Is only eating a balanced Dinner a good way to lose body fat?
I am not overweight, my BMI is only 22. I would like to lose a small layer of fat around my belly. Would only eating a healthy Dinner every day with occasional cheats and 20 minutes of running on a treadmill daily help me accomplish this goal fast?
Answers:
First off only having dinner will encourage your body to store more body fat because it will go into starvation mode.
You must eat at least 3 meals ideally 4 to 5 daily.
They do not have to be huge sit down buffets but should include a variety of foods.
As far as cheating goes this will only hinder your progress.
