Question: WHat if i eat right/Excercise Mon-Fri and weekends eat whatever and no excercise!?
is this alright or is it just ruining all that i've done durring the weekdays!? I usually run 1-2 miles every weekday and then completly eat whatever and alot on weekends!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
