Question: If I do cardio and ab exercises will it help burn the fat on my stomach!?
I know you can't spot reduce fat, but if I do 1 hour of cardio 3 times a week and do 30 minutes of pilates 2 times a week will it help me burn fat a little easier in my stomach!. Also if I eat healthier!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For sure! And also look into buying one of those bands that you can put around your stomach as you workout, it helps you burn stomach fat faster!. You can usually get them at any sporting goods store and they are only around $10!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
