Good ideas for losing weight.?

I weigh 128 pounds, and I know that's not a lot, but I'm really short. Does anyone have any ideas that could help me get, erm, slimmer? I have a heel condition, so I can't really just go out jogging everyday.

I can deffinately help! My mom is a dietition and she has taught me everything! So, first of all, the last thing you want to do is get carried away about how much you weigh and relax about it. NEVER go on any kind of diet. Make a lifestyle choice. And you never have to eliminate anything from a lyfestyle, just lower your portions! Maybe you have heard about Dr. Oz, but he is really good to listen to and he is always on Oprah!! And he is on the radio station Oprah and Friends: XM 156!! that will be great to listen to!! He is very good. Okay, here is the big trick..................EXERCIS... EXERCISE EXERCISE!!!!! People don't realize how important that really is! Exercise is very simple. All you have to do (at the least) is exercise once a day to where you sweat! Easy, right? Now, if you really want to remember that even if you do exercise, that doesn't mean you can slack off on your eating habbits! That is a mistake a lot of people make!!! Here are a few eating tips......
GOOD THINGS: whole grains; whole wheat; fruit; vegetables
BAD THINGS: processed foods; fried stuff; white rice; sugar; fat; salt; butter;
You can never trust a label!! Always look at the Nutrition facts on the back of a product!! And look at the serving size before you jump to conclusions!! I hope I helped you at least a little!!!! Good luck!
