How can i lose like...10 pounds without derastictly changing my diet?!

Question:

How can i lose like...10 pounds without derastictly changing my diet?

I am 12 and I weigh...well I did weigh 96...but I think that I'm getting closer to 100. Now...I don't want you to tell me that I am growing...and that i shouldn't change my diet. And I should just maintain. But all that i want is to lose 10 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I assure that you won't be helping me at all to tell me not to diet and exercize...and you WILL NOT BE CHOSEN AS A BEST ANSWER!!

So...I just want to lose 10 pounds (about), and I'm going out of town in a while, so I will be eatting out a lot probably. So you can't base it too much on the diet. What exercises can I do and how long should i do them. Also what would be some good foods to eat. Where are some good places to eat out?

I would really appreciate some good exercise answers. I would lie to lose more belly and leg fat FOR SURE! Especially the top of my legs to my knee's. I wear shorts and they don't look gorgeous.

It would be nice to loose some arm fat...but not extremely nessecary.

Answers:

A good thing I found that helps a lot is not using butter/margarine on your bread and to use spray oil instead of bottled oil when cooking meat etc. That cuts out a lot of fat easily. When eating meat, which is really important, have a smaller portion and fill up your plate with vegies (no added butter) so you will feel full. Snack on bits of fruit and vegies such as carrot sticks and little tomatoes. You'll find just cutting back on the butter and oils helps a lot. Unfortunately when eating out they often add butter to the vegies. Ask if it is possible to not have it added. Choose fih (not battered) and salads and healthier foods while out and don't feel you have to eat everything on your plate just because it is there. When it is possible try to walk as much as you can instaed of taking the car and walk at a faster pace. Walking is an amazing way to exercise and can be done cheaply. Do you have a dog that you can take for walks?? Best of luck!!
