Then your body will start to use protein and fat sources as it's main energy!.
I wouldn't recommend cutting out carbohydrates completely, it's an ineffective way of weight loss!. What you should be doing is reducing the carb portions you eat, and only eating them at breakfast and lunch!.!.!.nothing at the end of the day!. This is because you're most active during these times!.
Also, eat slow digesting carbs, that is anything with a GI of 55 and under!.

if it is in terms of portion control i dont see a problem,especially if it is complex carbs such as rice,noodles,pasta and burgers!.!.take in more fibre and such simple sugars from fruits,veggies and grains actually become good fuel for workouts,even lowfat milk is good for boosting energy levels before working out!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
