Question: How much should a 13 year old weigh!?
Hey, im 13 years old 4 months im turning 14, im 5"10 and i weigh 162 pounds, is that alot for my age, considering i work out everyday for the past 3 week, and i swim!. how much should i weight and is this a fine weigh for my age!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are a girl you are at a healthy weight- you should
-Eating healthy foods
-Participating in physical activity on most (preferably all) days of the week
-Limiting television viewing
If you are a boy you are at risk for being overwieght- you should do all of the things above- you may also want to have a doctor do a fat analysis because you may have a lot of muscle and muscle weighs more than fat which can throw off your bmi(body mass index)

U gotta calculate your ideal body weight using the BMI (Body mass index) method!. thats the only way you can find out if your current weight is normal or underweight, overweight or obessed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
