Am I eating right to lose stomach chub?!


Question: Am I eating right to lose stomach chub!?
Here is my eating schedule for most days:

7:30- small plastic bag of dry trador joes fat free ceareal

11:00- small plastic bag of pita chips

2:30- luna power bar

6:00-small dinner (im a vegetarian, so never too much or fattening!. usually tofu nuggets, or a burrito)

I work out 3 times a week at 24 hour fitness for an hour and a half (i do 20 minutes of cardio)
and every night I do 150 crunches!.

Will I have a nice body by summer time!? or do I need to eat less and work out more!?

You are pretty much in shape already if you ask me!.!.!. but to answer your question, no you're definitely not eating right!. its not healthy to eat no fruits or veggies, and it's also not healthy to skip over milk and protien!.!.!.!.!. eat something!! goddnessss you cant loose weight with no energy to work out becaus youdidnt eat enough!. i would suggest:

7:30- Oatmeal, or fat free cereal w/ milk, not dry!.

11:30- Banana, yogurt, pita chips, water, granola bar!.

2:30- Luna bar

6:00- burrito, or tofu nuggets- cuz your a veg!.- and veggies, and a tall glass of milk!.

Your work out schedule seems perfect to me!!! Keep it up and stick to it if your comitted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I founding for a 20 minute walk twice a day plus eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast plus a sandwich for lunch plu s drinkling two glasses of water BEFORE I ater plus drinkign alot of water throughout the day before I even thought about eating anythign helped me los weight!. as for stomach abs my does crazy eights, alsoknown as ab exercises and in two months she's gotten pretty flats!. I have lost about 30 lbs just doing what I do andbeen fat I am pretty sure!. I didn't take any diet pills or do any special exercises either!. I didn't eat any special cereal!. jsut whatever we happened to have!. after breakfast I also drank two glasses of water!. it's worked for me!. you might want to try it out and see how you do!. the water works because when yoru body tells you it is hungey you try the water and see if you are actually thirsty!. usually you are!. be syre you you actually get some calories though becausel ned to eaty!. I Always ate a healthy dinner!. a smaller serving than my family buta healthy dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are setting you're body up to retain any and all fat it can!. When you are purging you're body thinks it is starving!. I recommend you eat more whole fruits and vegetables!. and lay off the empty calories ( foods with no nutritional values)!. increase the cardio to at least 30 - 45 minutes 3-4 x week and change it up a bit muscle confusion is the best way to get the most out of the work-outs!. make sure when you do you're crunches you draw the belly button in to the spine!. improper form can cause the tummy to build out!. also 3 ounces of lean protein per day the burrito is not low fat even meatless are fat laden!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
