How to lose weight quickly for my holiday(im 14)?
Hi
Im 14 years old and weigh 10.1stone.
Im 178cm tall.
Is this overweight?
I am going away in jsut over a month and iw ant to look good for hte girls.
But i feel really flabby and my legs are quite big and i have alot of flab sticking out.
CAn you help me

Losing weight quickly is not very healthy. At 14, you don't really want to be losing a lot of weight. If you're going to start trying to lose weight, lose it in a healthy way (Eat healthier foods, exercise...etc.). Considering you're pretty tall, your weight isn't "overweight". I think doing exercises that reduce "flab" will help.
