Question: A question about body image!?
ok, so im 5'10 and i (used) to weight 135 pounds!.
i really hated how i used to look like (eventhough a lot of pple said i looked just the perfect size for my height), so i wanted to loose weight!.

apperantly, i gained weight (im now 143 pounds), and i feel sooo FAT!!!! i really really really hate the way i look, and when i walk in places where there are pple gathered, i feel like they're all thinking how fat i am!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. please, please tell me how do i lose weight i really need to know!!! i'll do anythingWww@Answer-Health@Com

I used to think in the same way!. its because u r losing ur confidence and gaining infurity complex!.
Actually, u shouldnt lose ur confidence according to how u look, but it is natural!. I understand!.
Try this -
Drink green tea!. fastest way to lose weight healthyly!.
Experts and researchers say that 5 cups of green tea is a magic number to weight loss!.
Eat a lot of fruits ( no mangoes and banana ) and vegetables!. They are low in calories and healthy and make u feel full for a long time!.
Have complex carbs like wheat!.
drink only skimed milk if u want to!.
Avoid cheese and butter!.
u can have peanut butter sometimes!.
AVOID RICE, FRIED FOOD, SWEETS!.
Drink half glass of water before ur meal and AVOID water for half an hour after the meal!.
It help in digestion and can reduce waistline!.
if u want to have sweet , eat a smalllll piece of darrrrrrrrk chocolate!. (small, very very very small !)
do running or brisk walking for at least 5 times a week!.
enjoy swimming, sports and have an active life , not of a couch potato !.!.!.

Have slow walks after dinner!.

do not sleep for 3 hours after dinner!. dont even roll on bed!.

have breakfast heavy, midium lunch and light dinner!.
It is welly divide, bcoz u need most of the energy at the start of the day and need the minimum in the night!.!.!.!.

I don't know if there is anything in your diet that you need to cut out, but I wanted to loose some lbs as well, so I went on the "no starbucks diet!" And it worked!! See my body was so used to the extra cals!. from starbucks!. So when I stopped drinking 2 A DAY, I dropped the pounds in a snap! But I also started working out harded than I was before!. It really worked!. I know how ya feel! I was always a fat kid!. In Jr!. High all the kids called me "fatty patty!"!.!.!.!.!.!.my name is not even Patty!.!.!.!.so I work very hard to stay fit!.

Do exercise!.!.!. enagage in sports, ride bike!.!.!. Eat healthy, cut short on the junk food and sodas and instead start a balanced diet with lots of water (at least 8 glasses a day)!.!.!.

Just keep in mind that what you need to look forward to is losing just enough weight as to PHYSICALLY feel well with your body and not get tired easily and the such!.!.!. Don't let yourself get affected by the mirror and thinking "I'm so fat" comparing yourself to the rest of the girls!.!.!. Every person is different, and you just need to be healthy, DON'T try to look as other girls because they're skinnier and try to fit into their sizes or stop eating or affecting your body in harmful ways!.!.!.

I know exactly how you feel!. Both diet and exercise are required!.
For the diet you can either choose to stay with the regular 3 meals a day at 300 calories or less and only 1 snack a day at 100 calories!. Or you can eat small meals 5 times a day at 200 calories or less!. This version helps keep your metabolism up and its the best one if you're like me and like to eat!. If you're worried about eatingfast food like McDonalds or other places where there is no Nutrition Label, go online and search colorie chart with the name of the place you want to eat at!.
As for exersice, do 20 crunches, 20 leg exercises!.
