My triceps hurt, what should I do ?!


Question: My triceps hurt, what should I do !?
I lifted 2 days ago, with my older cousin!. It was my first time doing the over arm tricep pull!.

I hope that my arms feel better by tomorrow, when my legs were real sore after doing squats for the first time, it took about 3 days for the pain to go away!.

Will doing bench presses, or push ups ease the pain in my triceps, or make it worse !?

Should I just stay away from exercises, until my arms feel better !?

I should probably just put that warm plug in device around each arm for 30 minutes, then ice, right !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remember this pain!. Stretch, before and after, you workout!. You can stretch now too, if you like!. Staying away from exercise won't make the pain go away, moderate exercise, may help it!. Drink plenty of water, you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Give yourself a break for 2-3 more days before you hit your triceps again!. Once you get in the routine, the soreness diminishes!.

Make sure you stay hydrated, and use cold compresses (never heat)!. Heat just swells the muscle and makes things worse!.
