Question: Am I eating enough!? Too much!? Could I change my diet to achieve a leaner body quicker!?
My diet is pretty similar from day to day!. Usually it goes about this:

Breakfast - 1 bowl of Special K Satisfaction w/ 1% milk and 1 mug of coffee w/ splenda and cream
Snack - 1 apple & a yogurt cup
Lunch - Carrots with a little ranch, 1 whole wheat bun w/ tuna and spinach
Snack - 1 banana & maybe a granola bar, or a glass of milk
Supper - 1 serving of meat, 1 serving of complex carbs, veggies
Snack - Cereal, or a piece of toast with peanut butter, or some cantalope

I am 5'7 1/2 at 134 pounds!. I want to lose 10 pounds or so, and lean up!. I am also working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is not a bad diet!. Just make sure you don't drop below 1200 calories a day!. Undereating is worst than overeating!.
