i think you'd be best to check with your doctor and check your body fat index etc etc

i feel like people who ask these questions may already be vulnerable, then some loonies on here might say some unkind things, or offer incorrect info

Depends how you carry it!. Do you know your body fat %!? How many inches are you around the waist!?

One person your weight could have 30% body fat and a 30 inch waist which would make them overfat, where someone else might have 26% body fat and a 26 inch waist which would be healthy!.!.!.!.!.you get where I'm coming from!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 5'3 and 140 lbs!. But my body fat % is only 18%!. That is pretty good for a women!. I would say go to a gym and get your body fat tested!. That should tell you how much you might want to loose!. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to have a sexy hourglass figure but since
giving birth I have lost my shape and I just look tubby!.

What is your bone size!? How much of your weight is muscle!?

Those are other factors to consider when looking at your weight!. If you are concerned about your weight I'd advise talking to a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YAh its a bit chunky but go to gym , go for morning joging and do some meditation and yogo this all can help you in loosing your weight !. by take careWww@Answer-Health@Com
