Help me lose 5 pounds in 1 week?

I am 5'4 Female, i weigh about 120 pounds. i want to lose 5 pounds in one week or atleast as much as i can by dieting and exercising.

please tell me what to eat, and how long, fast, and what incline to use on my tredmill, (and how often to use it)

okay well one pound i believe is 3500 calories. and losing 5 pounds in one week is NOT healthy.

you are not overweight so you will not be shedding off pounds as easily as someone who was obese//overweight. if you do lose weight quickly at first it is most likely water weight and not body fat. here is what i recommend:

switch your diet to 5-6 smaller meals a day
exercise daily for about 40-60 minutes. but switch it up weekly
do weight resistence and build some lean muscle. this helps in the long run and gives you a nice tone.

i dont really know about the calorie thingsss. sorry.
