your bmi (body mass index) is at 17!. any bmi under 18!.5 is considered underweight!. this would be considered unhealthy for an adult but since you are so young i would not worry about it too much!. the only thing i can suggest is eating more lol!. maybe walk to a nearby mc donalds every now and then haha jk!. but good luck with thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
At 5'4 your ideal weight would be 120 lbs but as you are only 13 your weight at 99 lbs is OK as you will thicken out automatically as you get older!.
Perhaps you could eat some nuts every day as they contain about 600 calories per 100 gm and they are rich in potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc!. Almonds and hazel nuts are also rich in calcium!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound a bit lean to me-- especially considering the fact that you're an athlete (more weight is muscle as compared to a non-athlete!.) I would aim to weigh between 108-132!. Put more protein in your diet, fiber, good meats like fish and chicken (if you're vegetarian there are Morning Star meat replacements)!. Also, try and put 5 snacks in your day between 100-200 calories!. When you exercise, be sure to eat more!

For perspective, I'm 5'4" & weigh about 112!. I'm a size 0 or 00 in most shops!. I wouldn't want to be any smaller!. I've been naturally thin most of my life, so I'm content as I am now!.
Don't worry about 'working out', just enjoy an active life, do stuff outdoors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
