Question: How to tone a tummy, please help!!? (PIC included!)!?
How much walking should i do a day to lose 10 pounds by june!?
I am 5'9 and 135 pounds!. I do 10-20 minutes of pilates that is on youtube!.!.started yesterday, and i have trouble RUNNING, so how much WALKING should i do per day!?
Also i eat about 1,500 or less a day (Saturdays my cheat day though,, or else i will seriously go insaine and **** up bad)
Should i lower the cals!?
I usually do an hour of cardio everyday!.!.

i totally understand how feel i do rly want a stomach like that well alot of it comes from what u eat(eat ALOT of greens) that is rly great that ur doing cardio because that is part of what ur going to need i think u should also do situps and many other ab exercises i hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well first listen to your body, (Which is awesome by the way), it will tell you by cravings, I always Been partial to sit-ups and crunches, for the mid section!. Running is both physical as it is mental, start doing short distances, then work up, add sprints every so often to stretch the legs out and improve endurance, find someone to run with that always helps the mental side of it, walking you need to do at a higher pace then regular, and for greater distances!. The good thing is that its less strain on your joints, biking or roller skating is also a good lower body work out!. Good luck and you look great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tummies like that you have to be born with!. but tone tummies you can work out more and eat less cals!. its not just the cal intake though its what those cals are!.
you have to have less intake of calories than you work off!. so if you eat 900-1000 a day, and work out only 500 of them off!.!.!.its not going to get you anywhere!.
make sure and cut out sugars and complex carbs!.
eat as much fruit as possible!. limit red meat intake!. make sure the fat you eat is GOOD fat!.
if you base your whole diet on healthy food and work out, you will be in shape in no time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're already technically 10 pounds underweight-I wouldn't strive to look like a model-being toned and fit is one thing, being rail thin is another, you may develop some unhealthy habits, I know that is NOT what you want to hear, but it's true!. The key is everything in moderation-don't starve yourself over the week and you won't need a cheat day on Saturday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend the Bender Ball!. It works sooo good!. Also if you want to go on a diet I recommend Weight Watchers!. They give you the best results and the food tastes great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

From your description you don't sound like your much bigger than those pictures you strive to look like!. But anyway!.!.!.

well if i were you i wouldnt be walking or running to get a toned body
i would focus on doing crunches, hip rises and bridging

Run 30 minutes to an hour a day

Eat right

lift weights, get a ball and do crunches on it, get an excercise video for ABS and tummy excercises!.!.!.it will show u better than anyone can tell u! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's considered a "CHEAT" day then it's a day that needs to be deleted from your routine!. If you are serious about this and want it to work then you can't cheat!. Cheating will set you back so much! If you are trying to tone your tummy and don't really run then I would say walk for an hour or two to start and see if you can start incorporating a one block jog with a three block cool down, jog one walk three jog one walk three!.!.!.!.then maybe boost it up after a while to jog two and walk two!. Roller blading and bike riding are also great cardio workouts that will tone tummy, legs, thighs, and butt! Drink a lot of water and get enough sleep!. You can try the "diets" out there and see results but it's really hard to stay on a diet like that!. Just watch your calorie intake and burn more calories than you consume daily, as in every day! NO CHEATING! Pilates are great, but maybe make it a longer stretch in your day, for the body you want!. Eat lots of veggies and fruits!. A great snack is celery!. I've read that the simple act of chewing the celery and swallowing it burns more calories than what you are actually consuming! Good luck!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off how tall and how much to you weigh!.!.!.

first off check your B!.M!.I (you can search it up on google "B!.M!.I calculator) this can determine if your weight it healthy!.
Also to loose weight
you have to burn more calories then you eat!.!.!.
normally in a day you burn off every Calorie you eat, but if you exercise every day you will burn even more !!! you should be eating about 800-1000 calories a day but if your burning extra calories a day, you will be on the right track!.
and if you ever get a temptation to eat junk food, think to yourself that if i eat this i will have to work SO much harder to burn it off!.


to burn it off, i personally run for 15 min a day
cardio is what really helps loose weight
you dont have to run, biking is fine to
anything that makes your heart beaat alot

you cant all of a sudden just start to excerzise
you need to try walking for 2 minutes a day, then increase it by two each day for a week!. Then after a week walk 2 minutes run 1 and repeat

also, aim for 1000 calories a day!. Stick to a good diet!.
also, dont do 10 minutes all of a sudden just start with a few and wrok your way up because if you just start a lot of excerzise your body will become over whelmed!. if you start out slow, your body will ajust and you will definetly loose weight!. in stead of cheating on saturday, maybe try some healthier snacks like sugar free ice cream or calorie free coke!. Even your self out!.

*you dont need to lose 10 pounds!. for your height and weight, you are perfectly normal, but i went through the same thing!.
