I think i ate good, do you???
THis is what i ate today will eating this have any results in weight gain? Is this a good and healthy way?
Breakfast
2 bowls of Cream of Wheat with 1/4 cup of 2% reduce fat milk, sweetened with splenda.
Snack
protein shake and protein bar
Lunch
2 tuna sandwiches made with 2 slices of honey wheat bread, and 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread, 1 can of tuna in water(6oz), and carrot sticks.
Snack
3 cups of Fiber Plus Honey Clusters with 1 cup of 2% reduce fat milk.
Dinner
1 medium steak grilled with corn
Snack
Protein shake.
Is this a good way to eat, and get my calories in? Will eat these types of food have result with fat, even if i lift weights and sit-ups and push-ups.

Answers:
If you want to gain weight, you will have to add some FAT to the increased calories you are eating. Believe it or not, if you eat 'good fats' (especially Omega 3 fats) you'll build better muscles than if you eat little or no fat. You also are VERY SHORT on 'vegetables and fruit' ... as far as I can tell the ONLY vegetables/fruit you ate during the day were carrots. Add some fruit and leafy greens ... and some fish, and some butter, and you'll be 'heavier' and more muscular ...
