Answers:
you are very tall sir! lol!.
well it depends really!. i understand what you mean!. well im in xc and track so i work alot on my core so i have six pack abs!. but the pair of abs that are the hardest to work are the bottem ones!.
for those ones you can google workout lower abs!.
i have a few too tho
lie on your back, put your hands where your butt are!. raise you feet about 5 inches and siscor (sp)!? them!. make sure your shoulder blades aren't touching the floor either!.
for upper abs, if you don't have any of the fancy equipment ( i don't and i can't afford them so i do what i can) just do regular crunches and stretches!.
for overall abs try planks (exercis)!. google that too!. it's like a push up!. only instead of holding up with your hands you hold up with your elbows!. do that in all four directions, facing up down left and right
also yoga balls are good too!. use those to do crunches those are way better for the back actually!. you can do crunches on the sides to work on your obliques (the side of your abs)
ps you're still growing give yourself some time :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
