Anyone know of a good diet?
Can someone tell me about a good diet/exercise plan for a 16yr old female...i hope to lose about 2 stone...please give me some help!

first of all, make sure that you drink masses of water (even if you don't want to - force yourself to drink). try not to eat any snacks in between the 3 main meals you must consume, although if you find this hard - try eating citrus fruits (oranges, lemons etc.). do at least 30 minutes of excercise in a day, and this DOESN'T mean that you have to buy any equipment or go to the gym. now, the information i gave you won't make you lose 2 stone fast, but little by little, you'll get slimmer and slimmer. even if you don't lose 2 stone, you're going to look much more attractive with a glowing healthy vibe and a well toned body! this means, most of all, focus on excercise.
