I think that the best workout starts with a run (usually 3 miles for me)!. You can also mix up the run with varied speeds and inclines!. With the summer coming up, it's perfect weather to get your cardio in!. After the run you can do some lifting with free weights (or bottles of water or bags of flour) and some lower body work like lunges and ab work on the ground!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
