32lbs in 3-4 months possible?!
Question: 32lbs in 3-4 months possible!?
I want to go from 158lbs to 126lbs!. I like this to be done by August!. I plan to eat 1800 calories, 1 hour of cardio and/or weight training 6 days a week!. Pleanty of water and a Eat Clean diet!. Can I Do this!? I typically lose 2 lbs a week, can I expect that to stay the same if I rotate my excersize and eating as not to platue!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will lose weight in the first month maybe 2 but then you will gain muscle and the weight will go up!. You may want tolook at your body fat more so!. Looking at the scale only gets depressing!. Believe I am doing the same thing!. As long as you chnge your routine, eat healty, drink water, and get sleep you will do fine!. Don;t let your body get used to the same workout, it will get "borred too" WWater is always good!. Seep is a must as well, you may not think so but it is!. No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.
Nothing other than water in between!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.
Be patient and not in a hurry!.
U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.
