What's the best way to lose inches in your lower legs?
I have really thick calves, and I understand that losing weight overall will obviously help lose some of the extra 'water' I'm holding (as my mother says) but I feel like that's the last area of my body to lose weight.. Any particular exercises that would help take off some inches around my calves?
Answers:
One good exercise is to stand on the edge of a step with your toes, then lift yourself up and down several times. This will also build up the muscles, so don't overdo it unless you want really muscular calves.
