Question: Would I get fat from this!?
7:00 - two whole wheat breads with organic peanut butter spread, apple, glass of water and milk
12:00 - two hot dogs (with buns), 15 tatter tots, apple, water, pound cake (I'm so mad at myself for this, probably around 1000 calories)
4:30 - one apple and orange
6:30 - 7:20 Hard core workout (5!.5 miles in 50 minutes)
about 4 cups of water until I go to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut down on the peanut butter spread, organic is always a bonus but it has too much fat and oil!. Also make sure that the milk is fat free or whole organic milk!. Eating hotdogs aren't healthy regardless if it's turkey or beef!. It's basically the same as spam, maybe you want to try organic fish or organic chicken!. Chicken has growth hormones so there's a possibilty you could gain weight!. Pound cake is fine, just not everday, and make sure your drinking 8 fl!. oz!. cups of water, at least 8 glasses, also EAT SLOW!
I suggest if you don't want to gain weight you should throw some vegatables in that diet and limit your carbs to a certain extent, just watch out how much carbs your taking in during 12:00!. Also, are you only eating 2 meals and a snack!? I highly suggest you go with 5 small meals a day, it would be more difficult to gain fat and it's easier to digest!. So it all comes down to the right type of diet!. Since you exercise daily it wouldn't really matter, but if your not eating organic foods your also taking in chemicals in your diet which could lead to problems in the future!. From your current diet you wouldn't get fat, and you have a healthy diet, you could even improve it if you went organic in your fruits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if you would get fat but you could eat more healthy foods for those calories!. You need whole grains and protein!. I would stay away from the hot dogs and tatter tots and stick with good proteins like ground turkey and chicken with veggies and fruit!. Having the hot dogs once in a while would be ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You will probably lose weight if you eat like this and exercise like this!. You seem to have very little protein and very little fibre in your current diet!. You also do not have enough intelligent carbohydrate (i!.e!. slow release)!. I would go and see a dietitian about this and make sure that they give you a decent balanced diet plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds more like you are starving your body!. Your calorie intake is far less than your calorie use!. You should loose weight, but you may be training your body to store fat!. Try eating healthier items more often through the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
