I've been exercising for about a week..how come I'm not seeing any results yet?


Answers:

Honey, come on! Did you get the way you were before you started exercising in a week? No.

Did you "see" the pounds coming on from over-eating and not exercising in a week? No.

If you are exercising every day, trust me, "stuff" is happening inside, but demonstrable changes take awhile to reverse years of poor lifestyle. Give yourself a month. Then I think you'll start seeing the benefits of your efforts.

I'd also be remiss if I didn't ask you about your diet. Exercise is wonderful, but a healthy diet is important too. You could be defeating all of your hard work if you are eating junk food. Also your body needs "high-quality" fuel to heal and build muscle.
