Organic cereal, Kashi is good and sold in grocery stores, otherwise no cereal
If the product you are considering has chemicals or preservatives in it. Don't eat it.
drink one glass of Distilled water, cold every morning to jump start your metabolism.
Stay away from bananas, milk, drink only organic almond or soy milk.
Use coconut oil, sold in health food stores for cooking. No fried or breaded anything.
Eggs are okay in coconut oil.
No bread unless it is organic fat free meaning no trans fats.
No peanut butter with hydrogenated oils...this is really bad for you and puts on the pounds.
I promise you will lose weight and feel great.
Don't starve yourself and you can cheat one day per week if you want to.
Don't drink coffee try green tea with honey.
Drink as much water as possible, bottled water with no added anything make sure it is cold, cold water burns calories.
Lean meats, chicken, pork, fish all okay.
