doe anyone have any lose weight tips ? i knwo that exersicing and eating in moderation will help it does! and i knwo that but does anyone know any tips like?


drinking tea helps lose weight?

what helps what tips ? thanks.....


Answers:

- choose water and juice over soft drinks.
- eat fruits for dessert instead of cakes/pastries/sweets
- walk instead of taking a cab if you're just going somewhere nearby
- sleep well
- don't miss breakfast! eating breakfast will lessen you from eating snacks during the day
- do some stretching after you wake up
- eat in moderation. once you feel full, don't indulge anymore
