It definaltly builts up your fitness so when you go back to flat running it is soooo much easier!.
Also it is a form of resistance, so muscle cells can grow, rather than just cardio burning fat cells!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I should think so!. When you walk up a hill, don't you use the muscles in your legs more!? It's harder than walking on flat ground!. You'll use your calves and thigh muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
