How do I gain more muscle mass?!
Question: How do I gain more muscle mass!?
I am 6'1", 165, at about 8%body fat!. I want to gain muscle mass, but still lower my body fat %!. I do cardio 7 days a week, and weight train 4!. How many calories should I take in per day, how many grams of protein, etc!.!? I'm currently taking protein shakes after lifting!. What else!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to have enough calories to feed your current activity and muscle and build!. The quality Protein rich calories are what you should focus on!. You should be somewhere in the 2500 or more calorie range!.
A good protein shake is excellent so keep that up too!.
when you train with weights be sure to reach failure on reps 8 -10 with the last 3 reps being very hard for you!. staying at the 8 rep range is great to build mass!.

You can't really gain muscle mass and lower your body fat at the same time!. Ease up on the cardio otherwise you won't gain muscle mass!. Take in 1-1!.5 grams of protein per pounds!. So you weight 165 at least take in 165 grams of protein!. While gaining muscle mass your body will look a little fatter, but after you gain the muscle mass you can cut back calories and go back to doing more cardio and will lose the weight quickly and look cut!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
