Question: Tone legs!?
im just gonna put an arrow on where on the leg im talking about so u dont get confused!. I know u cant spot reduce but what can i do to tone the whole leg!?

like what i do is lunges and squats cuz my legs are fat!. and when i tighten my calves its thick looking!.
so what can i do to tone up that part (or my whole leg)!?

calf raises are the best solution in my opinion(i am a diver and was a competitive gymnast for 3 years)!. just stand on the edge of something like stairs and just go up and down!. I would say until it burns trust me you will feel it!. and i'd suggest doing it a couple times a day!. hope this helps! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
