Can't Stop Eating Sweets....?!
Question: Can't Stop Eating Sweets!.!.!.!.!?
I usually eat okay, not particularly healthy, but I don't drink sodas and eat a lot of candy!.
Lately though, I have been drinking sodas at work, and now I really want sweets!. I just had 3 cookies today, and I want to get some ice cream today!.
Yesterday I ate cake, before that I had waffles!. No, I'm not pregnant, but I have been eating way more sweets than usual!. All of this has happened within the past month (April)!. I drink a lot of water though!.!.!.!.
Could this be a vitamin deficiency or what could it be!? Oh, and usually it's chocolate or caffeine-laden sweets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dunno what the actual cause may be!.!.!.but I go through the same thing sometimes, especially at work!. For me, I think it's a bit stress and boredom related, also, once I get on the pattern of bad eating, it's very difficult to get off of it!. I'd advise you take multivitamins and try to always have a healthy treat nearby, like apple slices, baby carrots, or a granola bar and yogurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try working out on a regular basis and keeping yourself busy so you don't think about food as much!. It sounds difficult at first, but only pig out on healthy foods!. Eat things like grapefruit or vegetables, which take longer to eat!. Also chewing gum keeps your mouth busy too!. Set goals for youself!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be that you are either stressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
