Hi,
I know I need to lose weight!. I have been trying and know how to lose but my problem is the energy!. Every time I start something I get so tired so quickly that I give up and end up sitting back on the couch!. (even when I am doing household chores its the same thing)
Any ways of boosting the energy level without getting into those energy drink!. I don't really want to take and pills either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try drinking LOTS of water!.!.!.lay off ALL the junk food!.!.!.!.try using the food triangle or pyramid; whtever its called!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.do this for a few days and u will have LOTS of energy!.!.!.than to lose weight jog around the block, go to the gym!.!.!.!.or just take a couple of walks!!
