I think it does!. I went on a diet a month ago and my legs and thigh did look thinner!.

No, your body will not shed weight in a helpful fashion if you are starving yourself!. The body in starvation mode will eventually start to break down, rather than reduce!. You just need to find a way to work your legs, and eat a balanced diet with adequate calorie intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No but it proper diet can make u look like ur best of the recent past!.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.
Nothing other than water in between!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.
Be patient and not in a hurry!.
U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

it does in fact, i measure my thigh circumference regularly when im on diet losing weight, if my overall weight reduce, normally the circumference of my thigh will reduce about 1cm or 2 cm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It makes you un-healthy!. Proper diet and exercise will make your legs thinner!. Cardio exercises such as aerobics are good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
