you really don't need supplements!. the reason most people don't gain is because they don't eat enough!. start eating hard boiled eggs, tuna from the can, cottage cheese before bed, and peanut butter!. these are the best and cheapest proteins you can buy!. and for lunch/dinner have either chicken breast of fish!. also, make sure that you're taking a whey protein shake immediatley after each workout!. the reason people don't make gains is because they don't eat enough!. so, EAT!!! if you want an extra push, take creatine!. most of the other stuff out there is not worth the bang for the buck!. you can try no xplode it works ok!. but, do the diet thing first!. cuz you can't gain muscle without an EXCESS in calories--and, namely protein!. make sure you're taking in adequate carbs and fat as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There is definitely a science to lifting weights!. How much do you know about it!? Have you been doing it long!? If you follow a serious, structured weight program you will see results within a few weeks!.

You've plataeued!. Mix up your workout do more/less change exercises!. Your brain paces your routine and sets the body' reponses accordingly!. It's the same reason that fat people lose 5 pounds when they begin walking the first few weeks and then cant lose anything after that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
