Question: Besides running, how can I get rid of some of my hips!?
I dont like how i look in a bathing suit because of my stomach (previous question!. go ahead and answer that one!.) and my hips!. What can I do to get rid of some of the fat on my hips!? I hate em!. Thanks!. Dont say running cause i've got that locked up already :PWww@Answer-Health@Com

There is no such thing as spot training!. period!. exercise will burn fat, and eventually the fat on your thighs will leave, but its generally one of the last places to go, thats why its so hard to get rid of!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.
Nothing other than water in between!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.
Be patient and not in a hurry!.
U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

lots of cardio and crunches are the trick if your running then you should do a little bit more if your not losing or start doing bicycling or get a mini trampoline and do crunches

do some criss cross crunches!. and eat foods containing monosaturated fats!. sounds bad but look them up on internet, they actually help burn belly fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
