Question: Are there any exercises besides these that can help me get a flat stomach and toned abs!?
Hehe, i wanna look hot in a bathing suit this summer!.!.!. Well actually, in around!.!.!. fourty days or less for end of year school trip to the beach!. Got myself a nice bathing suit, so i might as well look good in it!.
I already do 60 sit ups a night, 30-40 leg lifts a night (sometimes mornings), 100 - 150 jumping jacks, and I stretch!. I just recently got into the whole exercise thing!. Oh, and yes I walk too!.
Anything else I havent heard about!? If not what can I do to improve my routines already!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink milk!. and when i say this dont drink a whole carton!. just a cup well do!. if you are lactose intolerant drink soy milk!. skim llow fat milk low sugar if possible!. its supposed to help you get rid of belly fat :)

1 hour of yoga is great for everything! I do 2 hours of Yoga a day and then I take a walk!.!.!.And when i'm done with all of that my stomach is so flat!.!.but when i get home from school it's a bloated! bler!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
