Question: Is it possible for me to get a flat stomach and toned abs in a week!?
no, I dont have a deadline or anything im just wondering!. I do these every day, sometimes twice a day:
250 jumping jacks
60 sit ups, sometimes like twenty in the morning before school
30 leg ups, sometimes twice a day
walk home from school, takes about twenty five minutes to a half hour!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.
Nothing other than water in between!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.
Be patient and not in a hurry!.
U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

One could hope and pray and dream!. :) Sit ups aren't the only way to go!. If you want to lose fat, you need to do a LOT of aerobic exercise (running, walking, swimming, cycling, etc!.) You can't get a flat stomach over night but I swear by yoga and pilates (which works your core muscles--abs, back, butt, etc)
Also, another trick is to add the good fats to your diet, like the MUFAs (monounsaturated fat)!. Think safflower oils, etc!. I stumbled across these recipes that are yummy and add some MUFA to your diet!. http://buzz!.prevention!.com/want-a-flat-b!.!.!.
